It is important that Victims of Terror know that we have not forgotten nor abandoned them. It is the same principle that the army deploys in the field "no man left behind". Victims of Terror are at the head of the list, therefore an injured party needing to go to the hospital for tests or therapy will find a smiling volunteer to serve as their chauffer.
